Abstract: En un mundo globalizado y competitivo el clima organizacional es importante para que los colaboradores se sientan satisfechos en el desempeño de sus funciones. El propósito de la investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral del Hospital de Chulucanas de Piura en el año 2022. La población de estudio comprendió al área de trabajo de Neopediatria conformada por 48 trabajadores, entre personal médico, asistencial y administrativo del referido hospital; el tamaño de la muestra fue igual a la población. La técnica de estudio fue la encuesta y como instrumento se utilizaron dos cuestionarios con 18 preguntas cada uno. Los instrumentos fueron validados por docentes expertos en el tema y se aplicó prueba de confiabilidad mediante el coeficiente de alfa de Cronbach en .956. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que existe una relación a nivel medio o regular entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral en el Hospital. El estudio concluye que el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral se relacionan a nivel medio o regular; el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson confirma que existe una correlación positiva significativa, es decir, a medida que el clima organizacional mejora, la satisfacción laboral de los colaboradores también tiende a aumentar

The purpose of the research was to determine the relationship that exists between the organizational climate and job satisfaction of the Hospital de Chulucanas of Piura in the year 2022. The study population comprised the Neopedatria work area made up of 48 workers, including medical, care and administrative personnel from the aforementioned hospital; the sample size was equal to the population. The study technique was the survey and as an instrument two questionnaires with 18 questions each were used. The instruments were validated by expert teachers on the subject and a reliability test was applied using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of .956. The results obtained show that there is a relationship at a medium or regular level between the organizational climate and job satisfaction in the Hospital. The study concludes that the organizational climate and job satisfaction are related at a medium or regular level; Pearson's correlation coefficient confirms that there is a significant positive correlation, that is, as the organizational climate improves, employee job satisfaction also tends to increase
