Relación de ayuda de la enfermera y afrontamiento de las madres del prematuro del departamento de neonatología Hospital Belén de Trujillo, 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la asociación entre la relación de Ayuda de la enfermera y afrontamiento de las madres del prematuro del Departamento de Neonatología Hospital Belén de Trujillo, 2019.El tipo de estudio fue descriptivo - correlacional de corte transversal la muestra estuvo conformado por 42 madres de recién nacidos prematuros del Departamento de Neonatología y los instrumentos que se utilizaron fueron: el primer cuestionario sobre relación de ayuda de la enfermera y el segundo sobre afrontamiento de madres con hijos prematuros. Los resultados fueron: La Relación de ayuda de la enfermera fue buena en un 72.0%, regular en un 21.0% y mala en 7.0%, así mismo el 88% de las madres presentan afrontamiento positivo y el 12.0% de madres presentan afrontamiento negativo. Por lo que existe una relación altamente significativa con (p=0.047 < 0.05), es decir que, a mayor relación de ayuda de la enfermera, menor afrontamiento negativo de las madres del prematuro.

The objective of the present work was to determine the relationship between the Nurse's help and the coping of the premature's mother in the Neonatology Department in Belen Hospital of Trujillo-2019.The type of study was descriptive - cross-sectional correlational. The sample was composed of 42 prematures newborns’ mothers of the Neonatology Department. The instruments that were used in the research were, a questionnaire about the Relationship between the Nurse’s help and the coping of the prematures’ mothers. The conclusions were that the Nurse's help was good with the 72.0 %, regular with the 21.0% and poor with the 7.0%. Likewise the 88 % of the premature newborns’ mothers showed a positive coping and only the 12% of the prematures’ mothers showed a negative coping. So there is a highly significant relationship with (p=0.047 < 0.05), that is to say, the higher ratio of the nurse's help, the less negative coping of the prematures ’mother.
