In order to determine the effect of Cajanus Cajan “Mountain bean” seeds on the concentration of hemoglobin in the blood of Oryctolagus cuniculus in the UPAO 2019 clinical laboratory, a quasi-experimental study of solomon design was carried out, using a sample of 16 Oryctolagus cuniculus divided into four groups; group 0 was the control group, which was fed their usual food, group 1 was administered 50g of Cajanus Cajan seed, group 2 100g, group 3 150g for an average of 30 days. An increase in hemoglobin concentration in blood was observed, in group 1 from 12.7 g / dl to 12.8 g / dl, group 2 from 12.7 g / dl to 13.3 g / dl, and group 3 from 11.5 g / dl to 13.15 g / dl. The average dose of Cajanus cajan “Mountain Bean” that favors an increase in blood hemoglobin after treatment is 150g with an average increase of up to 1,675g / dl (alpha = 0.05). It is concluded that the Cajanus cajan (mountain bean) seeds have an effect on the concentration of hemoglobin in the blood of Orictulagus cuniculos.
