The development of the research was carried out under the situational analysis of the problem that exists from an international level down to the local level, where poor conditions and gaps in public infrastructures that have affected the population were identified. This led to the general objective of proposing the architectural design for the Morropón Huancabamba Sub-Regional Management, located in the city of Chulucanas, whose organic units have provided services to the population with low productivity. The research was applied, non-experimental, qualitative, and cross-sectional; it allowed for results to be obtained, which are shown in the architectural development and specialties, such as the proposal to preserve existing trees, the reuse of greywater, and open concept spaces that contributed significantly to the project. This showcases a functional architecture with sustainable criteria that contribute to resource conservation, as well as an architecture that respects and dialogues with its natural surroundings. Multi-height spaces were proposed to allow users to socialize, making it a suitable and efficient proposal for the workers
