For a software product used in the financial domain in the public sector, Quality is very important, since the economic impact due to possible deficiencies, is significant. Therefore, in this context, the purpose of this work is to design devices that allow the evaluation of the software's quality product SIAF as Central Government Public Financial Management of the District Council of Calamarcamaking use of a Quality Evaluation Model that provides an easy-to-apply framework. For this purpose, then, a study of the ISO 25000 Standard and its main divisions was carried out. The evaluation focuses on the characteristics of the software product identified on the ISO 25010 standard model, which were measured according to the metrics based on the GMO model. According to this, a preliminary quality assessment was carried out, involving the result of interviews with users of the District Council, mentioned before. Then, with the study and observation of the Integrated Financial Administration System, its operation was verified according to the quality attributes of the ISO / IEC 25010 standard, achieving a detailed overview of the quality of the SIAF. Based on this, the software aspects that may require improvement were defined. The evaluation of these attributes was carried out with the framework proposed by the ISO / IEC 25040 standard. In this way, the results of the evaluation and the respective recommendations for continuous improvement were concluded.
