Edificio municipal del distrito veintiséis de Octubre – provincia de Piura

Abstract

El presente proyecto se fundamenta en la creación del “Edificio Municipal del distrito Veintiséis de Octubre – Provincia de Piura”, ubicado en el Asentamiento Humano Micaela Bastidas, entre la Calle “G” y la Calle “I”, distrito de Veintiséis de Octubre, provincia y departamento de Piura. Este proyecto inicia a través del estudio y análisis de la problemática ocasionada por reconocer las características arquitectónicas del edificio Municipal del distrito Veintiséis de Octubre – Provincia de Piura, buscando un confort para los colaboradores y la población del mismo. Para la elaboración de este proyecto, se inició con salidas de campo al distrito, en la cual comprendimos que no solo se basaba en reconocer las características arquitectónicas, sino que era una necesidad del distrito y la municipalidad. Se analizó e identificó que el distrito contaba con 3 sedes; las cuales no se abastecían para atender a toda la población, el terreno no era propiedad del estado sino alquilado, el costo del alquiler era una cantidad elevada, no cumplía con los parámetros establecidos por el Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones (RNE), la ausencia del confort por parte del funcionario como de la población, etc. Mediante la investigación de las necesidades y déficit con el que cuenta el actual local municipal, hemos propuesto un nuevo edificio del mismo, que concentre todas las oficinas con las que cuenta, con un diseño arquitectónico moderno, basándose en parámetros de RNE. Además, se ha contemplado equipamientos complementarios; como auditorio, salón de usos múltiples, biblioteca, salas expositivas, etc., para el desarrollo de actividades y/o eventos de cierta magnitud, no solo distrital sino también provincial.

It was analyzed and identified that the district had 3 locations; which are not supplied to serve the entire population, the land was not owned by the state but rented, the cost of rent was a high amount, the parameters established by the National Building Regulations (RNE) were not met, the absence of comfort by the official as well as the population, etc. Through the investigation of the needs and the deficit that the current municipal premises have, we have proposed a new building of the same, which concentrates all the offices with which it has, with a modern architectural design, parameters in RNE parameters. In addition, complementary equipment has been contemplated; as an auditorium, multipurpose room, library, exhibition halls, etc., for the development of activities and / or events of a certain magnitude, not only district but also provincial.
