The purpose of this study is to determine the level of implementation of inclusive approaches in the management of basic education institutions in the city of Trujillo in the year 2022, for which a non-experimental study was carried out using quantitative methods, based on in a simple descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The techniques used to collect information are the interview and observation; The tools used are: interviews in the form of statistically and expert-approved questionnaires and checklists. The study population consisted of 48 public primary educational institutions in the city of Trujillo, and the sample consisted of 3 primary educational institutions and public administration; Likewise, it was considered that forty-three (43) teachers from three institutions approved the implementation of the methods in instructional management. The results obtained allowed us to confirm the general hypothesis of the study and confirm that the placement of the inclusion method is generally partial. Regarding the dimensions of institutional leadership involved, we found that the inclusive approach was used in its entirety (100%) in leadership styles and educational programs, but not in educational leadership (51.8%) and administration (66.7%). Due to the global results obtained, which confirm the positive assumptions, it is concluded that the basic education institutions of the city of Trujillo have partially implemented an inclusive approach in the management of the institutions.
