The present research project focused on a new stabilization technique and / or an increase in the physical-mechanical properties of the subgrade located on the road to the Santa Rita quarry in the district of Pariñas, in the province of Talara, from the department of Piura. Where it is justified socially as it will serve as a review to other professionals and researchers, in a methodological way because it represents a complex way, data collection techniques such as observation, exploration and documentary analysis were used to obtain data. Calicata 2 has a California Bearing Ratio IN SITU (initial) of 30.39% for the practical application of the two stabilizations. For practical methods and to obtain the same ratio in terms of proportions and results, it has been taken into consideration that for both Sodium Chloride (NaCl) and Magnesium Chloride (Mg Cl2) or Bischofite, the tests and trials are elaborated in proportions of 5 %, 10%, 15% and 20%. From the studies carried out we can affirm, that the optimal stabilization value for a mixture of IN SITU + Magnesium Chloride (Mg Cl2) is 80% of sample + 20% of Magnesium Chloride (Mg Cl2), obtaining a California Bearing Ratio (CBR) of 81.43%. And with respect to Sodium Chloride (NaCl), the optimal stabilization value for an IN SITU + Sodium Chloride (Na Cl) mixture is 95% sample + 5% Sodium Chloride (NaCl), obtaining a California Bearing Ratio (CBR) with a value of 42.82%.
