Centro de investigación de desarrollo e innovación del sector agrícola y pesquero en el parque tecnológico de Piura

Abstract

La tesis tiene como objetivo central, la de proponer un diseño arquitectónico de un centro de investigación de desarrollo e innovación para potenciar la agricultura y pesca en la Región Piura. El estudio incluye una investigación cualitativa con un diseño descriptivo y explicativo dentro de un área geográfica perteneciente a la administración regional de Piura y situada a lo largo de la ruta de Piura a Paita en la parcela J. Como consecuencia del estudio, se determinó el diseño espacial y funcional para los diferentes tipos de trabajadores agrícolas y ganaderos. Otro resultado del estudio es la propuesta de diseño arquitectónico de una infraestructura académica que potencie la investigación del sector agropecuario y pesquero y la integre en el perfil del parque científico y tecnológico de la provincia de Piura. El diseño arquitectónico incluye planos de los ambientes académicos, laboratorios especializados, biblioteca general, ambientes administrativos, espacios logísticos y lugares de esparcimiento. El diseño incluye disposiciones para los terremotos y la administración de los servicios esenciales como el agua, la energía y el alcantarillado. Por último, se afirma que el estudio añade una perspectiva arquitectónica futurista para impulsar los recursos humanos altamente cualificados y fomentar el crecimiento económico de la zona.

The thesis has as its main objective, to propose an architectural design for a development and innovation research center to promote agriculture and fishing in the Piura Region. The study presents a type of qualitative research, with a descriptive and explanatory design, where it has been delimited within a geographical area that belongs to the regional government of Piura, located on the Piura to Paita road, in plot J. Within the investigation, it was obtained as results, the spatial and functional design for the various types of users who are engaged in agriculture and livestock work. Another of the results of the research is to have proposed an architectural design for an academic infrastructure that allows strengthening research for the agricultural and fishing sector and integrating it with the profile of the technological scientific park of the province of Piura. The architectural design presents plans of the academic environments, specialized laboratories, general library, administrative environments and logistics and recreation areas. The design presents seismic forecasts, management of basic services such as water, electricity and sewage. Finally, it is concluded that the research contributes with a futuristic architectural view to promote the economic development of the region and enhance the highly qualified human resource.
