The objective of this study is to carry out a geometric and structural design of the Flexible Pavement for the PI - 1040 / Sechura Highway, in the province of Sechura, Piura. The research that has been developed is of an applied type and according to the level, it is descriptive research, which was carried out with a sample of 10 km of the PI - 1040 / Sechura highway in the province of Sechura, Piura. The method used for the structural design is AASHTO 93, and for its geometric design it was designed according to the parameters of the road manual DG - 2018. For the design of the road, the current vehicular flow was taken into account, as well as the foundation soil. To do this, preliminary engineering studies were carried out, such as the traffic study, topographical study and soil mechanics study. For which instruments were used such as: vehicle count format, laboratory technical sheets, Excel, monograms, 3D civil software, AASHTO 93 Equation software. Obtaining as a result of the traffic study an ESAL of 4.26E + 06, from the topographic study a flat terrain and from the soil mechanics study an average CBR of 9.9% which is 95% with 0.1 '' penetration. Concluding as a final result for the structural design, the following thicknesses for the flexible pavement: Asphalt layer = 9 cm Base = 20 cm Subbase = 25cm
