Abstract

El proyecto Hotelero se desarrolla frente a un contexto que parte de una necesidad colectiva de la Localidad de Lobitos, siendo impulsado por entidades estatales como PROM PERÚ, MINCETUR y el DIRECTUR, por tanto, gracias a los estudios de campos realizados por el bachiller y con ayuda de los análisis que proveen las entidades públicas se pudo estructurar el sustento y viabilidad que necesita el proyecto para que pueda llegar a su desarrollo. Los análisis de oferta y demanda están claros para resolver el principal problema y objetivo que tiene el proyecto es cual es Diseñar un Proyecto Hotelero Arquitectónico que cubra parte de la Demanda Hotelera que requiere la Localidad de Lobitos. La infraestructura que maneja el proyecto son de formas regulares que no rompan con el esquema estructural e identidad con la que ya cuenta el sector de lobitos permitiendo así la integración de un proyecto moderno que impulse a seguir mejorando la estructura urbana que el Distrito de Lobitos necesita.
