The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between human capacities and the creativity of the workers of the company Inversiones Agroindustriales Valle Verde SAC, Chepén - 2021. The type of research was applied, non-experimental, transversal, and descriptive design. The population and sample consisted of 35 company workers. The technique used in the research was the survey, and the questionnaires of human capacities and creativity were used as data collection instruments. The results obtained from the application of the instruments allowed to determine that 57.1% of the collaborators perceive that the level of their human capacities is high, and 48.6% perceive that the level of creativity of the collaborators in the company is high. Also, it was obtained because of using Kendall's Tau-b correlation that the dimensions of learning capacity (b=0.579), emotional capacity (b=0.647) and socialization capacity (b=0.548) have a moderate positive relationship with the creativity. In addition, the research concludes by validating the alternative hypothesis, which means that there is a moderate positive relationship between human abilities and creativity (r=0.590; p≤0.05)
