Sistema Conversacional para la Orientación Vocacional en los estudiantes de Nivel Secundaria del Colegio Fray Martin de Porres en el año 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como finalidad conocer las técnicas de una orientación vocacional que se les practica a los estudiantes de 5° de secundaria y como descubrir su profesión de carrera mediante un test vocacional o entrevista de información. La orientación vocacional se realiza con entrevista inicial, entrevista de exploración, investigación de la carrera profesional y el test vocacional, debido a que muchos estudiantes de los últimos años de nivel secundaria como colegio públicos y/o privados no cuentan con un especialista o profesional que les apoye en la elección de su vocación profesional con el fin de orientar a los jóvenes a una elección de carrera profesional que les permita continuar la formación académica después de culminar la educación secundaria. La labor del orientador vocacional se encuentra a cargo de una psicóloga en la institución educativa, como preferencia es el perfil elegido para realizar este trabajo, siendo ella quien determina el test a desarrollar con los estudiantes. Como manera de solución, expuesto anteriormente se tuvo que realizar un diagrama de Ishikawa donde identificamos los problemas y dificultades que tienen los estudiantes de 5 grado de secundaria respecto a la orientación vocacional en la elección de su carrera profesional mediante un test vocacional. Este proyecto se basó bajo la metodología Iconix y el Test de Holland en el diseño y desarrollo de un asistente virtual en la plataforma IBM Watson y en el entorno de desarrollo de Android studio para un producto final, es decir, en diferentes tipos de smartphone versión Android y comprobar la intuición con la aplicación de asistente virtual y reducción de tiempo ya que tendrá un orientador virtual, el cual tendrá una interacción y una conversación fluida con el estudiante sobre el test vocacional posteriormente le va a sugerir una carrera profesional de acuerdo a sus características y cualidades que tenga cada estudiante.

The purpose of this research is to know the techniques of vocational guidance that are practiced to students in 5th grade of high school and how to discover their career profession through a vocational test or information interview. The vocational orientation is done with initial interview, exploratory interview, career research and vocational test, because many students in the last years of secondary school as public and / or private schools do not have a specialist or professional to support them in choosing their professional vocation in order to guide young people to a choice of career that allows them to continue their academic training after completing secondary education. The work of the vocational counselor is in charge of a psychologist in the educational institution, as preference is the profile chosen to perform this work, and it is she who determines the test to be developed with the students. As a way of solution, exposed above we had to make an Ishikawa diagram where we identify the problems and difficulties that students of 5th grade of secondary school have regarding vocational orientation in the choice of their professional career through a vocational test. This project was based under the Iconix methodology and the Holland Test in the design and development of a virtual assistant on the IBM Watson platform and in the Android studio development environment for a final product, that is, in different types of Android version smartphone and test the intuition with the virtual assistant application and time reduction since it will have a virtual counselor, which will have an interaction and a fluid conversation with the student about the vocational test subsequently will suggest a career according to their characteristics and qualities that each student has.
