In the province of Piura, district of Castilla, is the Chapairá populated center, which has a population of close to 1,219 children of school age and yet only has one elementary school, public management school, polyteacher in which As of 2020, only 256 children were enrolled, evidencing poor student coverage, mainly at the secondary level, since to continue studying they must travel to the city of Piura, so many only study up to the primary level. Hence the importance and interest in improving and expanding the educational infrastructure for this populated center. The proposed design seeks the connection of functionality and space, optimizing the usable areas, with an interior corridor linked with a bridge for the correct functional interaction of the spaces and/or blocks. In the same way, educational and flexible classrooms were designed that allow connecting classrooms with more classrooms or workshops in the same building, with a cross ventilation system, similar to that of a Cataquense hat with a double cover that prevents solar radiation, the project consists of essential units that are repeated and combined to complete the school unit. To maintain green spaces, serophilic and autochthonous species were added
