Intervención del actual desembarcadero pesquero artesanal con implementación de un centro piloto de conchas de abanico en el distrito de Sechura, Las Delicias, Piura - Perú

Abstract

En la actualidad los Desembarcaderos Pesqueros Artesanales en el Perú, deben cumplir con la Norma Sanitaria DS 040-2001-PE; donde encontramos como primer plano los siguientes objetivos; como la producción, extracción y comercialización de Recursos Hidrobiológicos para el consumo humano libre de toda contaminación que pueda perjudicar la salud de los consumidores. Para el cumplimiento adecuado, se ha proyectado una infraestructura que cumpla con la norma, donde también se desarrollará actividades operativas, administrativas y que tenga las condiciones de salubridad. La actualidad del sector las Delicias del Distrito de Sechura, se está viendo afectado, por no contar con una infraestructura adecuada, la falta de condiciones y la antigüedad del edificio sin mantenimiento, hace que el equipamiento en la actualidad no reúna todas las condiciones necesarias de salubridad; por ende, varios de sus ambientes han tenido que ser adaptados, perjudicando al producto Hidrobiológico y al consumo de la población o turistas. Con la presente propuesta de “Desembarcadero Pesquero Artesanal y Centro Piloto de Conchas de Abanico” contrarrestamos a la problemática actual, al mismo tiempo respondemos a la demanda actual de una de sus actividades principales económicas, generando una identidad en el sector, asegurando la calidad y funcionalidad del proyecto

At present, the Artisanal Fishing Landings in Peru must comply with Sanitary Standard DS 040-2001-PE; where we find the following objectives as a foreground; such as the production, extraction and commercialization of Hydrobiological Resources for human consumption free of any contamination that may harm the health of consumers. For proper compliance, an infrastructure that complies with the standard has been projected, where operational and administrative activities will also be carried out and that have sanitary conditions. The actuality of the Las Delicias sector of the District of Sechura, is being affected, due to not having adequate infrastructure, the lack of conditions and the age of the building without maintenance, means that the equipment currently does not meet all the necessary conditions of healthiness; therefore, several of its environments have had to be adapted, harming the Hydrobiological product and the consumption of the population or tourists. With the present proposal of ““Artisanal Fishing Landing and Conchas de Abanic Pilot Center““ we counteract the current problem, at the same time we respond to the current demand for one of its main economic activities, generating an identity in the sector, ensuring quality and project functionality
