Optimización de los procedimientos técnicos del inventario vial (carácter básico) para la gestión vial en la Carretera PI-108, Región Piura 2020

Abstract

En esta Tesis de investigación titulada “Optimización de los Procedimientos Técnicos del Inventario Vial (Carácter Básico) para la gestión vial en la carretera PI-108, Región Piura 2020”, se analiza la carretera departamental ruta PI-108 en la región Piura que empieza en Emp. PE – 02 A con progresiva KM 0 + 000 y pasa a través de La Capilla – Tunas – Tolingas y termina en Emp. PE-03N (Dv. Huarmaca) con progresiva KM 61+370, en la que se identificó que no existe un inventario vial de dicha carretera, lo que impide gestionarla de manera eficiente. El Objetivo Principal de esta investigación es realizar una Gestión Vial eficiente de la Carretera Departamental Ruta PI-108, Región Piura, a través de la implementación de un inventario vial de carácter básico. La implementación de dicho inventario vial se realizó por diez (10) días de trabajo de campo, donde se procedió al llenado de formatos dados por el Manual de Inventarios Viales con Resolución Directoral N°009-2014-MTC/14, donde se tomaron datos como la geolocalización, dimensiones y características de las unidades que corresponden al inventario vial de carácter básico como son sus puntos críticos y notables, la calzada, su superficie de rodadura y su estado de transitabilidad, la berma, su señalización y la existencia de puentes. y que se trabajaron posteriormente en un Sistema de Información Geográfico SIG. Posterior a ello, se realizó la implementación del inventario vial de carácter básico, en base al Manual de Inventarios y todas las normativas dadas por el Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones, lo que permitirá que sea más accesible y menos engorroso de realizar dicha implementación, reduciendo el tiempo de ejecución y mejorando la data obtenida. Finalmente se pudo concluir que ruta PI-108 posee realmente KM 60+540, es una carretera de 02 carriles a doble sentido, su superficie de rodadura se encuentra en un estado regular, donde solo un aproximado de 1,2 km son de pavimento rígido (correspondiente a San Miguel del Faique) y más del 90% es de afirmado, hay existencia de 29 señales verticales, de las cuales 15 son informativas, 06 son preventivas y 08 son reglamentarias; y se conoce que existen 50 badenes, 01 pontón y ningún puente.

The implementation of said road inventory was carried out for ten (10) days of field work, where the forms given by the Road Inventory Manual with Directorial Resolution No. 009-2014-MTC / 14 were filled in, where data was collected such as the geolocation, dimensions and characteristics of the units that correspond to the basic road inventory, such as its critical and notable points, the road, its running surface and its passability status, the berm, its signaling and the existence of bridges. and that were subsequently worked on a GIS Geographic Information System. Subsequently, the implementation of the basic road inventory was carried out, based on the Inventory Manual and all the regulations given by the Ministry of Transport and Communications, which will make it more accessible and less cumbersome to carry out said implementation, reducing the execution time and improving the data obtained. Finally, it was possible to conclude that route PI-108 really has KM 60 + 540, it is a two-way road with 02 lanes, its running surface is in a regular state, where only approximately 1.2 km are of rigid pavement (corresponding to San Miguel del Faique) and more than 90% is affirmed, there are 29 vertical signs, of which 15 are informative, 06 are preventive and 08 are regulatory; and it is known that there are 50 speed bumps, 01 pontoon and no bridges.
