Centro cultural en la ciudad de Piura enfocado a la difusión de la cultura a través de la educación y la recreación

Abstract

El Centro Cultural en la Ciudad de Piura Enfocado en la Difusión Cultural a través de la Educación y la Recreación tiene como finalidad brindar un proyecto arquitectónico en presencia a la problemática que atraviesa la Ciudad de Piura ante el aspecto cultural y social, dándolo un valor agregado con el tema recreacional, para no convertirlo en un elemento aislado, al contario, dentro de su localidad busca la participación de forma dinámica de la población en general como la población demandante. El proyecto reúne las actividades artísticas que practican más en la Ciudad de Piura en un solo equipamiento, puesto que en esta Ciudad, se encuentran dispersas en locales que no cuentan con las condiciones arquitectónicas que requiere el usuario, por ello, el proyecto brinda todas las necesidades que la demanda exhorta, aspirando en ser con el tiempo un bien de interés cultural y a la vez recreacional, donde este último sea pasivo e invite a la población a visitarlo sin necesidad de entrar al equipamiento, y gracias a las actividades que encontramos, para la comunidad, puedan haber ingresos y desplazamientos contantes en el equipamiento. Para obtener una infraestructura adecuada, tenemos en cuenta la normativa y el contexto, pero logrando ser innovador, y a la vez que identifique a la Ciudad de Piura con la Cultura Tallán en el tiempo contemporáneo. El centro cultural reúne actividades múltiples para la población como talleres culturales que son las siguientes: escultura, pintura, música, danza y teatro, para los alumnos que necesitan seguir aprendiendo en ambientes que brinden confort y comodidad, como también un sitio donde puedan mostrar su talento a la gente en general. También cuenta con stands comerciales, produciendo ingresos para el mismo mantenimiento del proyecto. Por otro lado, se aprovecha los espacios abiertos como recreacionales, brindando un desplazamiento público y dinámico entre el equipamiento y la población. A través de esta unificación responde a las necesidades y a la vez logra potencializar el aspecto cultural que falta impulsar.

The Cultural Center in the City of Piura Focused on Cultural Diffusion through Education and Recreation aims to provide an architectural project in the presence of the problems that the City of Piura is facing in the fase of cultural and social aspects, giving it added value with the recreational theme, so as not to turn it into an isolated element, on the contrary within its locality it seeks the dynamic participation of the general populations as the demanding population. The project brings together the artistic activities that are most practiced in the City of Piura in a single facility, since in this City, they are scattered in places that do not have the architectural conditions that the user requires, therefore, the project provides all the needs that the demand exhorts, aspiring to be over time a good of cultural and recreational interest, where the latter is passive and invites the population to visit it without having to enter the equipment, and thanks to the activities we find, to the community, there may be constant income and displacements in the equipment. To obtain an adequate infrastructure, we take into account the regulations and the context, but managing to be innovative, and at the same time that it identifies the City of Piura with the Tallan Culture in contemporary times. The cultural center brings together multiple activities for the population such as cultural workshops that are the following: sculpture, painting, music, dance and theater, for students who need to continue learning in environments that provide comfort and convenience, as well as a place where they can show their talent to people in general. It also has commercial stand, producing income for the same maintenance of the project. On the other hand, open spaces are used as recreational, offering a public and dynamic movement between the equipment and the population. Through this unification, it responds to the needs and at the same time manages to potentiate the cultural aspect that needs to be promoted.
