El comportamiento ético en la función pública desde la perspectiva del servidor público del Gobierno regional de Piura, 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo “EL COMPORTAMIENTO ÉTICO EN LA FUNCIÓN PÚBLICA DESDE LA PERSPECTIVA DEL SERVIDOR PÚBLICO DEL GOBIERNO REGIONAL DE PIURA, 2021”, Tenemos un objetivo principal que es determinar los factores que influyen en el comportamiento ético dentro la función pública en el Gobierno Regional de la cuidad de Piura en año 2019. El enfoque de la investigación es no experimental, transaccional de tipo descriptivo con el cual nuestra población fue de 113 obteniendo una muestra de 39 a los que se les aplicó la encuesta a trabajadores que laboran en el órgano Administrativo del Gobierno Regional.

He present work “ETHICAL BEHAVIOR IN PUBLIC FUNCTION FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE PUBLIC SERVANT OF THE REGIONAL GOVERNMENT OF PIURA, 2021“, Its main objective is to determine the factors that influence professional ethics within public management in the Regional Government of the city from Piura in 2019. The research approach is non-experimental, transactional of a descriptive type with which we worked with a population of 113 with a sample of 39 to whom the survey was applied to workers who work in the Administrative body of the Regional Government.
