The aim of this research work was to determine the incidence of tax culture on the non-justified increase in assets of auto-parts dealers on the Avenida Peru, district of Trujillo, 2021. A descriptive correlational methodology of non-experimental design was applied, making use of techniques such as surveys and documentary analysis, and instruments such as questionnaires and documentary record cards. The research had as a sample 5 auto-parts dealers of Avenida Peru. In the same sense, the following results were obtained: four dealers show evidence of incurring in non- justified capital increase because the declared income in the period 2021 does not match their purchasing power, showing an estimated variation of S/ 727,788.00; likewise, 80.00% of the auto-parts dealers show evidence of having a bad tax culture. The data obtained were analyzed by means of Pearson's Chi-square statistical test, by which a p-value > 0.05 was obtained, which means that there is statistically no association between tax culture and a decrease in the non-justified capital increase, indicating, however, that a lower tax culture corresponds to a higher capital increase, which in empirical terms allows us to verify the hypothesis formulated.
