This thesis aims to carry out the design of drinking water and sanitation through UBS with hydraulic dragging for the sectors, La Calera, El Ingenio, San Antonio and Los Arriendos. It arises from the need that they do not have drinking water and an adequate sanitation system, since some residents obtained their water from contaminated ditches and made their deposition in blind wells. For this reason, a topographic survey of all sectors was first carried out, identifying each house for the placement of its UBS, in the same way a soil study was carried out in all sectors to verify the type of soil and filtration. Drinking water to supply the La Calera, El Ingenio, San Antonio and Los Arriendos sectors will be obtained through a tubular well with its respective chlorination booth, which will supply with an impulsion line to the reservoir located in the highest part of All sectors, from there, will be distributed by a distribution line and household connections to each home, taking into account that air valves and control valves will be placed in some sections. For sanitation, it will be through the Basic Sanitation Unit, with hydraulic dragging with Biodigester, since they are very common in urban areas, they are easy to use and maintain. Said UBS will consist of a complete bathroom booth with its toilet, sink, shower, also a ventilation pipe; The wastewater from the toilet will go to the biodigester for processing, it will also have a register box in the pipeline between the toilet and the biodigester for the maintenance of the pipeline, it will have a sludge chamber for the evacuation of sludge from the biodigester, the water Served from the biodigester will go to an absorption well. Finally, after having analyzed the results obtained, we have concluded that our design of drinking water and the sanitation system using UBS with hydraulic dragging with Biodigester, helped to improve the quality of life of the sectors, La Calera, El Ingenio, San Antonio and Los Ariiendos.
