The present investigation analyzes the sociocultural problem through a situational diagnosis in order to propose the design of a Cultural Community Center that is based on sustainable technological strategies in the 26 de October district, in this project, strategies such as wind and wind collectors will be used rain, parasols, elements that help with thermal resistance, so that together these previously mentioned criteria contribute to the environmental development of the city based on the need for an infrastructure that integrates the community through its cultural services, since training, productive and cultural workshops are offered. This district concentrates a large number of citizens in areas of marginalization and poverty, it currently does not have public spaces where they carry out sociocultural activities, therefore, we developed a descriptive investigation, based on the analysis of the context, and the social sphere of the district, using surveys, techniques to obtain qualitative data, in turn linked to the general objective, and the five specific objectives, corresponding to the development of diagnosis, context, design, implementation of technological criteria and programming in the project, in such a way that the result is a place of their own with which they feel identified.
