In recent years, the older adult population in our country has increased. La Molina currently has a high aging rate, generating a need for accommodation and recreation for the older adult in the District. Currently there is an insufficient supply in terms of the amount of lodging and recreation with a basic and deteriorated infrastructure in the public and private sectors, they do not have a specific design and they lack the necessary services to cover the needs of the elderly population, this is Add problems of marginalization, disinterest, abandonment by the family and society without distinction of social class, which shows that some families do not conceive the idea of facing the responsibility of caring for and supporting an older adult. Given this social reality, an architectural proposal for the elderly is born, for a better quality of life and to maintain a dignified aging, for this it has organizational spaces for generational meetings that are aimed at promoting personal and family relationships, achieving Thus, greater integration into our society, by promoting activities that develop their social, artistic, productive and cultural capacities, revaluing their role in society, strengthening their selfesteem, overcoming feelings of loneliness, marginalization and improvement in his life style. The development of the project proposes an infrastructure with levels of comfort necessary to attend to the needs of the elderly in an integral way, considering the well-being of their physical and mental health.
