The present research entitled “Structural Design of Flexible Pavement according to ASSHTO 93 Methodology and the passability of San Pedro Street, in the district of Jequetepeque, Pacasmayo, La Libertad“, had as general objective to establish the characteristics of the Structural Design of Flexible Pavement applying the AASHTO 93 Methodology and the passability of San Pedro Street, in the district of Jequetepeque, province of Pacasmayo - La Libertad. Methodologically it was an investigation of quantitative approach, descriptive level, non-experimental design and cross section; the study population was conformed by all the paved roads located in the district of Jequetepeque, with a sample conformed by all the flexible paved road of San Pedro street; for the data collection an observation was made to be able to determine the traffic study, then the studies of soil mechanics and determination of its characteristics with laboratory tests for paving purposes were made. Obtaining as main results that, the final thickness of the asphalt folder is 2.75“= 7cm, of the granular base is 7.87“= 20cm and finally the thickness of the granular subbase is 6.30“= 16cm. It was concluded that, based on the basic analysis, with the study of Soil Mechanics, it was identified that the soil composition according to the AASHTO System are silty soils of sand, sediments and fines of low compression, and according to the SUCS system are clays and establishing a CBR Californian Bearing Ratio of 9.00%; likewise, it was found a weekly IMD of 114 vehicles/day, and an ESAL value of 641565.699.
