Institución Educativa Libertad con formación técnica en el barrio 1A – C.P. Alto Trujillo

Abstract

La presente tesis se desarrolla en El centro poblado Alto Trujillo, el cual es un proyecto municipal que surgió como estrategia de planificación para orientar la ocupación de la población migrante de la sierra liberteña. Al día de hoy se ha presenciado un gran incremento poblacional trayendo consigo problemas sociales. Enfocándose en lo educacional, existe un alto índice de deserción estudiantil por parte de estudiantes que cursan del tercer al quinto grado de secundaria, pues ante la necesidad de apoyar económicamente dentro del hogar por falta de recursos, buscan una actividad que les genere ingresos dejando de lado su educación. Además, existen zonas como los barrios 1, 1A y 2A, ubicados fuera de zonas consolidadas donde se aprecia un déficit de equipamientos públicos que cubran la demanda y necesidades del sector. El Proyecto de Tesis INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA “LIBERTAD” CON FORMACIÓN TÉCNICA EN EL BARRIO 1A- C.P. ALTO TRUJILLO, nace como respuesta a esta problemática social y productiva de los jóvenes, la cual pretende potenciar la infraestructura educativa existente en el sector, por una de calidad y satisfacer la necesidad de una infraestructura de educación básica-técnica además de ser un punto de partida para una mejora en la imagen urbana. Nuestro proyecto se encuentra planteado como un sistema continuo con los tres niveles de educación básica regular; además de brindarles espacios para la capacitación de oficios por medio de talleres que les permiten aprender y/o mejorar sus habilidades técnico-productivas, dándoles mejores bases y recursos para enfrentarse al mundo laboral.

This thesis is developed in the Alto Trujillo town center, which is a municipal project that emerged as a planning strategy to guide the occupation of the migrant population of the Sierra Liberteña. To date, a large population increase has been witnessed, bringing with it social problems. Focusing on education, there is a high rate of student dropout by students who are in the third to fifth grade of secondary school, because of the need to support economically within from home due to lack of resources, they look for an activity that generates income, leaving aside their education. In addition, there are areas such as neighborhoods 1, 1A and 2A, located outside of consolidated areas where there is a deficit of public facilities that meet the demand and needs of the sector. The Thesis Project INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA “LIBERTAD” CON FORMACIÓN TÉCNICA EN EL BARRIO 1A- C.P. ALTO TRUJILLO, was born as a response to this social and productive problem of young people, which aims to enhance the existing educational infrastructure in the sector, for a quality and satisfy the need for a basic-technical education infrastructure in addition to being a point of departure for an improvement in the urban image. Our project is planned as a continuous system with the three levels of regular basic education; in addition to providing them with spaces for the training of trades through workshops that allow them to learn and / or improve their technical-productive skills, giving them better bases and resources to face the world of work.
