The objective of this research work was to obtain soap from residual oil in the restaurants of the Miraflores Castilla Piura urbanization. The work begins by taking a sample of the restaurants in the area who were surveyed as a data collection instrument, in order to know the availability of raw material (120 kg of residual oil), and then know the kilograms of soap to obtain due to its technical manufacturing process. The processing flow to obtain solid soap from oil used in food starts from a scheduled reception with the restaurants and the municipality of Castilla until its storage to later estimate soap price unit of (S / 2.066) ,putting a sale price of S / 3.50. In addition, a statistical graph of the data collected in the research was made, obtaining that 74% of the restaurants dispose of residual oils through the scrubbers and 26% collect it in the garbage truck. On the other hand, a pollution effect index (EC) of 0.1 was obtained through a ratio of Lt residual oil between 1000 Lt H2O where 102 kg of used oil are usable for processing and do not go to the Piura river to pollute 1000 liters of water. Likewise, evaluation indicators were estimated if the established proposal is really viable. Carrying out their respective economic and financial cash flows, finding the B / C ratio of 1.71 and 2.27 for each one. In addition, calculating the VANE and VANF of each of their respective flows of S / 80,804.73 and S / 86,708.07. Finally, It had found indicators like TIRE of 54.51% and TIRF of 74.04% for each one.
