La responsabilidad social universitaria y su contribución al desarrollo de la imagen de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego campus filial Piura – 2019

Abstract

El principal objetivo de la presente investigación de esta tesis fue evaluar la responsabilidad social universitaria y determinar su contribución al desarrollo de la imagen de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego campus filial Piura en el año 2019. Partimos de una realidad problemática que nos llevó a preguntarnos ¿La responsabilidad social universitaria contribuye al desarrollo de la imagen de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego campus filial Piura en el año 2019? Planteando como hipótesis que, la responsabilidad social universitaria contribuye positivamente al desarrollo de la imagen institucional de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego filial Piura – 2019. Este estudió se llevó a cabo sobre una población de alumnos, docentes y administrativos, que suman 7786 personas, de estas mediante un muestreo probabilístico se obtuvieron una muestra de 367 personas que fueron objeto de estudio, los datos se recolectaron a través de la técnica de la encuesta con el instrumento del cuestionario, el cual consta de 20 preguntas. Después de recoger y procesar los datos, se llegó a la conclusión de que, existe una relación baja pero positiva entre la responsabilidad social universitaria y el desarrollo de la imagen de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego campus filial Piura – 2019, es decir, que si se realizan actividades de responsabilidad social universitaria esto mejorará la imagen que tiene la universidad frente a la población, por lo tanto, la responsabilidad social universitaria contribuye positivamente a la imagen institucional de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego filial Piura – 2019.

After collecting and processing the data, it was concluded that there is a low but positive relationship between university social responsibility and the development of the image of the Antenor Orrego Private University campus branch Piura - 2019, that is, yes University social responsibility activities are carried out this will improve the image that the university has in front of the population, therefore, university social responsibility contributes positively to the institutional image of the Antenor Orrego Private University Piura subsidiary - 2019.
