To determine the level of knowledge about molar incisor hypomineralization in stomatology students of the Antenor Orrego Private University, 2021. Materials and method: The research is cross-sectional and observational. It was applied to students of the Stomatology school of the Antenor Orrego Private University, as a sample, 119 students from the seventh to the tenth cycle of 2021-2 were evaluated, using a non-probabilistic method. For which a virtual questionnaire was applied, which has 20 items to evaluate the level of knowledge of the students, which before its application was validated through the Aiken V test whose value was 0.99 and with a reliability of 0.81. Results: The following levels of knowledge were obtained from the stomatology students as a whole: poor 8%, Fair 52%, Good 36% and excellent 4%. Regarding the academic cycle, the following levels were had: the seventh cycle has a regular level with 24%, the eighth a regular level with 13%, the ninth a good level with 11% and the tenth a good level with 5%, it can be highlighted that the students with the highest level of knowledge regarding the academic cycles were those corresponding to the seventh cycle. Conclusions: The Level of knowledge about Hypomineralization in deciduous dentition in stomatology students of the Antenor Orrego Private University, 2021, was regular.
