This research was developed in the streets of Las Delicias, through an applied type of research, where the main objective was to carry out the structural design of a flexible pavement with the inclusion of a storm drainage system using AASHTO 93 methodologies. For this project a flexible pavement was created. To determine the thickness and cross-sectional area of each layer of pavement, the guidelines of the National Regulations for Construction, Soils, Geology, Geotechnics, Geotechnics and Pavements were used, as well as the CE.010 Urban Pavements Standard of the Manual of Highways and the GH.020 Standard on Urban Design Components. A topographic survey of all the streets of the intervention is carried out, which have slopes no greater than 2%, the IMDA is determined through the Traffic study, concluding that there are 225 vehicles/day, and that the number of equivalent axis repetitions is 8.2. tn or ESAl for flexible pavement is 375,006.52. The flexible pavement was made applying the AASHTO 93 methodology, obtaining the thicknesses for the first design of an asphalt layer of 8 cm, the base of 20.00 cm and the subbase of 10.00 cm. The storm drainage design which is concluded by the most optimal for this area being rectangular gutters, for a flow of 0.012m3/2 and a slope of 0.041m/m reaching a budget of 5,640,200.16
