In this thesis the development of the Mobile Application to Diagnose Possible Automotive Faults was developed using IBM Watson for the Vecars & Trucks SAC Company, that serves as a channel of attention to the users of said company, in order to provide a diagnostic service accessible to their clients and at the time they require it. The Project is framed in applied research based on intelligent systems and through them can be specifically developed solutions that offer help and information services through knowledge bases. For the elaboration and development of the project information was collected for Have a clear idea of what you were looking for. In this way a plan could be drawn and divided into two parts: The construction of the knowledge base and communication flows using the IBM Watson tool, and on the other hand the analysis, design and implementation of the mobile application based on the ICONIX methodology in the Android Studio 2.3 platform. After the development of the application, a test and interaction environment was established to evaluate the solution's capacity; Subsequently, a set of techniques and instruments was used to obtain information in order to better understand the performance obtained through the proposal used. In this way we can estimate the significant improvement of approximately 10% obtained after the evaluation made to the proposed solution.
