Evaluación de rendimiento y calidad de siete híbridos de esparrago blanco, Asparagus officinalis l, (Liliaceae) en la provincia de Virú – La Libertad.

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación se desarrolló en el fundo Arena Dulce de la empresa agroindustrial Laredo S.A. Ubicado en la provincia de Viru – La Libertad. El objetivo de esta investigación fue evaluar el rendimiento y calidad de siete híbridos de esparrago blanco (Asparagus officinalis L.) en su dos primeras cosechas. Los tratamientos empleados fueron los hibridos UC 157, Atlas, Vegalim, Starlim, K 1465, K 4282 y K 3978. Sembrados a una densidad de 25 252 plantas por hectárea. La primera cosecha inició el 15 febrero y con una duración de 17 días, la segunda cosecha inició el 13 agosto con una duración de 24 días. Se trabajo con el diseño experimental de bloques completos al azar con cuatro repeticiones y siete tratamientos. Los datos obtenidos se procesaron estadísticamente mediante un análisis de varianza y como prueba comparativa de medias se utilizo la prueba Duncan (α=0.05). Los resultados indican que el hibrido K 4282 presentó mayor rendimiento con 10. 93t/ha superando al hibrido UC 157 que presento 9.01 t/ha. Respecto al numero de turiones el hibrido K 4282 también fue superior con 269 551 turiones/ha, seguido de UC 157 que presento 247 276 turiones/ha. El hibrido K 1465 y Starlim obtuvieron los máximo pesos promedio de turión, presentando 53.9 g y 49.3 g por turión. Respecto al porcentaje de calidad el hibrido Vegalim obtuvo el máximo porcentaje con 84%.

This research work is located at the Arena Dulce farm of the Laredo S.A. agroindustrial company located in the province of Viru - La Libertad. The objective of this research was to evaluate the performance and quality of seven hybrids of white asparagus (Asparagus officinalis L.) in their first two harvests. The treatments used were the hybrids UC 157, Atlas, Vegalim, Starlim, K 1465, K 4282 and K 3978. They planted a density of 25,252 plants per hectare. The results indicate that the K 4282 hybrid showed higher yield with 10.93t / ha, surpassing the UC 157 hybrid that presented 9.01 t / ha. Regarding the number of shoots, the hybrid K 4282 was also higher with 269,551 shoots / ha, followed by UC 157, which had 247,276 shoots / ha. The hybrid K 1465 and Starlim obtained the maximum average shift weights, presenting 53.9 g and 49.3 g per turion. Regarding the quality percentage, the Vegalim hybrid obtained the maximum percentage with 84%
