The present research work was carried out in Trujillo in the construction of the Multifamily Building Botanic Park - La Merced, the proposal of the last planner in the execution of this project was proposed, in which the realization of this thesis an applied type design was used, the data collection was carried out with the technique of direct observation. The problem in which we have been first hand participants is that the works have not been able to be finished on the established dates, due to lack of programming, poor personnel management, lack of control, deficiency in the file, lack of materials, etc. In this project we were able to identify the problems that we do not have by not having a system of last planner in the construction of the project, also we proposed the stages of use of the system, examining and documenting the restrictions that we had in the construction, for this we used Excel tables containing these items, start date, respective restriction, release date of each activity, manager or managers, followed by the state in which they are to have greater control. We were able to determine the percentage of the completed plan of the construction items of the typical floors from the 2nd to the 12th floor of the structural shell, giving us a result of 20% in the optimization of time based on the planned schedule of the file
