In the development of the present thesis of investigation arises with the aim of replacing in its entirety the chamber breaks pressure type 6 (CRP T-6) that we can find in the lines of conduction of drinking water supply, with the implementation of the Tube Breaks Load (TRC), with a new design and more improved taking into account all the factors that can intervene in said behavior at the time of arriving and leaving the fluid through the TRC. For the evaluation of the behavior of this new device, an experimental evaluation of three prototypes - TRC, with different diameters, lengths and flow rates required in rural areas was carried out and these tests were carried out in the hydraulic laboratory of the civil engineering professional school, from the Antenor Orrego Private University, Trujillo, La Libertad. The tests were performed independently to each one, exposing them to different flows generated by a centrifugal pump of 1 hp (4 bars), and a flow rate of 2.12 l / s, enough to equal the maximum flow rates given in zones rural. After carrying out the tests with the three prototypes and verifying their behavior, it was noted that the TRC, with any diameter is very efficient, only the flow rates would be taken into account, since this is the factor that would drive the fluid to rise through the tube of ventilation until reaching a maximum tension, to balance the necessary output force and maintain the continuous flow. The metered and budget of the two structures was also carried out, thus verifying the cost overrun generated by the CRP T-6, being much more expensive than the TRC and above all for the annual maintenance that must be carried out.
