The environment is proposed as an organizing principle in the project, due to the opportunity to stimulate cultural encounters and connect the project's activities. As it is located in a historic population center, it serves as an enhancer and dynamizer and a complement to the cultural program offered by the district among the local inhabitants, artisans and tourists.
