Autoestima y hábitos de estudio en estudiantes de primer y segundo grado de secundaria en un colegio estatal - Cartavio

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar el tipo de relación que existe entre autoestima y los hábitos de estudio en estudiantes de secundaria de un colegio estatal – Cartavio. Cuyo diseño de investigación es descriptivo correlacional, trabajando con una población de 300 alumnos de ambos sexos del 1° grado y 2° grado del nivel secundario. Los instrumentos de evaluación utilizados fueron; el Test de Autoestima-25 de César Ruíz Alva (2003) y el Inventario de Hábitos de Estudio Casm – 85 Revisión 98 del Dr. Luis Vicuña Peri (1998). Los resultados muestran que entre las variables de Autoestima y Hábitos de estudio existe una correlación significativa y directa, dado que el valor de la probabilidad significativa es (p<.01).

The present study aims to determine the correlation in the levels of self-esteem as well as the levels of study habits in high school students from a state school - Cartavio. The inquiry is substantive with a correlational descriptive design, with a population of 300 students of both sexes from the 1st grade and 2nd grade of the secondary level. For this, the evaluation instruments were used: The Self-Esteem Test-25 by César Ruiz Alva (2003) and the Casm Study Habits Inventory - 85 Revision 98 by Dr. Luis Vicuña Peri (1998). The results show that there is a significant and direct correlation between the variables of Self-esteem and Study habits, since the value of the significant probability is (p <.01).
