The purpose of this research work was to propose a plant redistribution to increase the productivity of the company ““Recicladora Manuelita S.A.C““. The methodology used in the investigation was of the Observational Explanatory type, which is why it focused on the collection and analysis of information. In this way, it was possible to propose a solution to the problems found in the company. The sample for the investigation were all areas of work processes. The present investigation began with a diagnosis of the company to know the current state of the production processes and those factors that intervene in the distribution of the plant, starting from the observation in each work area and highlighting the deficiencies observed. Then, it was possible to calculate the current indicators of the productive processes, obtaining as a result that 13% of the land is occupied by products such as: Scrap metal and glass, those that are not productive. In addition, the percentage of use of production is: 24.86% in pressed PET, 46.85% in pressed cardboard, 14.89% in pressed hose, 5.92% in pressed band and 19.99% in ground plastic; also, the percentage of use of the warehouses is: 116.71% in pressed PET, 119.93% in pressed cardboard, 69.30% in pressed hose, 28.03% in pressed band and 6.04% in ground plastic The increase in global productivity was also estimated at 62%, going from 1.07 to 1.73; The economic evaluation was calculated, determining a saving of S/12,126.97 per year when implementing the plant redesign.
