The general objective of this research work was: To determine the level of use of virtual platforms in pre-professional internship students of the Initial Education Study Program - UPAO, to serve preschool children during COVID - 19; 2021. The type of research is basic and descriptive level. The instrument used was a questionnaire, applied to 75 students of pre-professional practices of the Initial Education Study Program. The results obtained after processing and analyzing the data refer us to the following: Given the general objective, it can be concluded that, Given the general objective, it can be determined that of 75 students of pre professional practices that correspond to 100%, 62.5%, have a high level of use of virtual platforms that they use to serve preschool children, while 37.5% have a low level of use of virtual platforms. Also, it can be seen that 72.5% have a high level of use of virtual programs, while 27.5% have a low level of use in virtual programs. The vast majority of pre-professional practice students in a percentage of 77.5% use different virtual strategies to attend to preschool children and 22.5% do not use them. Being the most outstanding: Power point, Filmora, Canva, Editor, Inshot and Jamboard.
