Given the conventional management system that is developed in the execution of works, various types of inconveniences were noted which prevent the optimal development of the construction of works, which is why this analysis focuses on improving productivity through the Last Planner System methodology in the improvement of the SENCICO computer science specialization center, Trujillo. It began by defining the construction processes of the structural items and at the same time classifying the work by productive work, contributory work and non-contributory work, since with this we will discover and analyze the difficulties presented to develop good work on site. Subsequently, through the principles of the Last Planner system, the project to be analyzed was sectored, the train of activities, master plan, LookAHead Planning and Weekly Planning were organized to obtain a general plan that allows us to visualize all the items throughout . of 10 months with the main purpose of controlling the production unit for continuous improvement, thus obtaining an increase in the productivity of the execution of work; The project is included in the intermediate plans and weekly plans that allow us to control the production units. Everything analyzed has the purpose of improving the development of the activities of the SENCICO computer science specialization center, Trujillo, for which it was obtained that the Productive Time (TP) 42%, Contributory Time (TC) 47% and Time Non-Contributory (TNC) 11% which indicates that on average 15 days were taken to carry out the construction of the institution in a conventional manner, meanwhile, with the proposal initially proposed, the improvement in productivity would be achieved in 11 days by taking the construction of the same . Thus concluding that the methodology applied that the proposed system benefited in the aspect of time and cost, thus achieving greater productivity performance in the construction of the Educational Institution
