Objective: Determine the factors associated with the degree of satisfaction of human medicine students with virtual education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Material and Methods: Observational, analytical-cross-sectional study, with a sample of 300 medical students from the second to the fifth year of the private university Antenor Orrego, as a tool the questionnaire on virtual education and student satisfaction in virtual courses during the state was used. Of the COVID-19 pandemic designed by Valdez Betalleluz composed of 11 questions in order to evaluate satisfaction about virtual education during the time of the Pandemic. Results: An equal distribution between genders was observed, with a slight predominance of women, although the preliminary gender association did not reach statistical significance. Regarding age, it was found that younger students (18 to 20 years old) showed greater satisfaction, while residence in Piura also significantly influenced satisfaction levels. Regarding the year of study, differences in satisfaction were identified between different levels, highlighting that second-year students showed higher levels of satisfaction. Additionally, the use of multiple technological devices was associated with greater satisfaction. In relation to learning resources and tutor support, a generally high acceptance was found. Likewise, it was determined that the majority of medical students were satisfied with virtual education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusion: The factors significantly associated with satisfaction were age, residence in Piura, year of studies, and use of multiple electronic devices
