Implementación de dashboards con uso de indicadores para mejorar la productividad del servicio: acondicionamiento de ambientes para actividades productivas en el E.P Chorrillos comunes

Abstract

El propósito de la presente investigación es Determinar si la implementación de los Dashboard permitirá mejorar la productividad en la ejecución del “Servicio de Acondicionamiento de Ambientes Para Actividades Productivas en el E.P. Chorrillos Comunes”. Para ello se ha investigado con respecto a dos variables: Implementación de Dashboards y Productividad. El estudio partió de la hipótesis que la implementación de los Dashboards influye significativamente en la mejora de la productividad del “Servicio de Acondicionamiento de Ambientes Para Actividades Productivas en el E.P. Chorrillos Comunes”. Para probar las hipótesis se utilizó la prueba de T de Student. En el estudio se trabajó con el universo muestral, los cuales fueron obtenidos en la ejecución del proyecto en mención, la recolección de datos se realizó mediante la técnica de la observación y análisis documental; con ello se pudo crear los indicadores de rendimiento o Kpi’s para la elaboración de los Dashboards. El diseño investigativo es Cuasi Experimental y longitudinal. Como resultado se demostró que la implementación de los Dashboard influye significativamente en la mejora de la productividad, ello permitió tomar decisiones para acertadas, como resultado final se obtuvo un 7% de utilidad operativa.

The purpose of the present investigation is to determine if the implementation of the Dashboards will improve productivity in the execution of the ““Service of Conditioning of Environments For Productive Activities in the E.P. Chorrillos Comunes”. For this, two variables have been investigated: Dashboards Implementation and Productivity. The study started from the hypothesis that the implementation of the Dashboards significantly influences the improvement of the productivity of the “Service of Conditioning of Environments For Productive Activities in the E.P. Chorrillos Comunes”. To test the hypotheses, the Student's t test was used. In the study we worked with the sample universe, which were obtained in the execution of the mentioned work, the data collection was carried out through the technique of observation and documentary analysis; With this, it was possible to create performance indicators or Kpi’s for the elaboration of Dashboards. The research design is Quasi Experimental and longitudinal. As a result, it was shown that the implementation of the Dashboards significantly influences the improvement of the productivity, this will make the right decisions, as a final result a 7% operating profit was obtained.
