In this research, the DESIGN OF PAVEMENT AND ARTWORKS was proposed to IMPROVE ROAD AND PEDESTRIAN INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE SAN FELIPE CONDEM OF THE DISTRICT OF CASCAS - LA LIBERTAD; and thus contribute to raising the quality of life of the population of the area. The study area comprises 8 km from Km 12 + 000 to Km 20 + 000. For the design of the pavement, several proposals were analyzed, however, we chose the conventional one that is by means of the AASHTO-93 method since it was better adjusted to the conditi ons of the area. The information was collected with the traffic count since the Ministry of Transportation does not have information for this category of roads, to be used as reference information. Likewise, with the topography and the hydrological study i t was determined where the sewers would be located. The information was tabulated and the information with which the respective pavement design was then performed was analyzed. A 17 centimeters granular base and a 5.0 centimeters asphalt layer were obtained. The artworks were designed in compliance with the design parameters established in the MTC hydrology manual.
