The present investigation is an experimental study, of a single group, of longitudinal and observational design that aims to determine the effect of acupressure on the level of anxiety in pregnant women in the third trimester of the Santa Rosa Health Center, Rio Seco, el Porvenir district, 2021, which was carried out during the period from January to March, this research was carried out with 40 pregnant women, to whom the Digitopuncture Technique was applied, through the Anxiety scale of the Hamilton test, then all the information it was coded in the SPPS Statistical Program version 26.0, evaluating the effectiveness of the cdi statistical test t student. Among the results found in the post test after acupressure according to age, the adolescents presented mild anxiety, and the adults moderate anxiety. Single and divorced pregnant women presented a higher percentage of mild anxiety and nulliparous women presented a higher percentage of mild anxiety. Moderate anxiety level decreases from 62.5 to 25% and mild anxiety increases from 37.5 to 70%. It is concluded that acupressure has a significant effect in reducing anxiety p < 0.01
