The pandemic COVID-19 is in community spread phase. Anyone in our community can transmit the disease. We must assume that every single citizen can be infected. This is no more about identifying the source of infection. In this stage, traffic restriction measures and social distancing, severely affected commercial and economic activities, being necessary the reactivation of the productive sources. One of its compounds is the return to work of confined people. Reducing the risk of transmission in the workplaces was embodied in the prevention of COVID-19 transmission guidelines of many workplaces that employers had to create to restart activities. Those guidelines oscillates between companies, despite being made according to normatives proposed by international organizations and countries. This article revises the quality of the stablished guidelines, oriented to the tests and health condition of workers who return to labor, making conclusions about tests requested, discharge criteria, and returning to work conditions.
