The present investigation was carried out by the thesis Mayra Inés Reyes García and aims to determine the relationship between the management of human resources and the labor performance of the administrative staff of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Chiclayo, 2018. The statement of the problem was How the Human resources management is related to the work performance of the administrative staff of the Public Ministry of Chiclayo 2018? and the hypothesis being: Human resources management is positively and significantly related to the work performance of the administrative staff of the Public Ministry of Chiclayo 2018. A descriptive correlational design is required, using the survey technique with its instrument the questionnaire for the collection of data, which has 28 items grouped into 3 dimensions by variable. The population under study was made up of 107 workers, which is equivalent to the total staff of the different hierarchies that belong to the administrative management of the Public Ministry of the city of Chiclayo. The results of the research will seek to contrast the hypothesis and reach the conclusion that there is a high positive correlation of 66.55% between human resources management and work performance, that is, if work performance increases human resources management as well. In addition, it is evident that the highest percentage of workers disagree with human resources management in the Public Ministry of Chiclayo; on the other hand, with respect to the evaluation of work performance, mostly affected workers will agree with this variable.
