The purpose of this thesis project is to develop process management to improve productivity in the raw material´s reception area at the Processing Factory of Hydrobiological Products Agropesca del Perú S.A.C., through the characterization of the key´s processes aligned with the strategy of the organization permit the standardization, measurement, control and improvement of processes, solving problems that affect current productivity such us excesses in waste of water and the cycle time, which incur cost overruns and reflect it into a low productivity about S/. 0,06 per ton in Zone 01 and S/. 0,05 per ton in Zone 02. So, the following problem is formulated: In what way will process management improve the productivity in the raw material´s reception area at the Processing Factory of Hydrobiological Products Agropesca del Perú S.A.C. The hypothesis raised maintains that in the correct way “Management of the processes will allow to improve productivity in the raw material´s reception area of the Processing Factory of Hydrobiological Products Agropesca del Perú S.A.C.”. As for the methodology used, according to its purpose it is applicative type, since theoretical knowledge and principles of industrial engineering are applied type, and according to the contrasting technique it is descriptive type. All the processes were considered as the target population, and as a sample to the key processes such as: Discharge, Selection and Record weight. The investigation concludes that through process management it is possible to improve the current level of productivity in the raw material reception area by 23%, increasing from 0.037 Tons/S/. to 0.046 Tons/S/. Finally, from the results obtained recommendations were developed so that the implementation phase can be proceeded through the decision of the General Management by the organization, considering the improvement in productivity, the economic benefit obtained and the investment costs
