The objective of this research project to obtain high quality concrete is to determine and compare the physical-mechanical properties of concrete f`c = 210 kg/cm2 to test the workability of fresh concrete, the physical properties (setting, temperature and hardening) and the mechanics of concrete properties (compressive strength), the additives used in this project are Sikament-TM200 and eucoplast 37-SP with percentages of (0.5%, 1.00%, 1.50% and 2.0%), has worked with the ACI methodology. Breaks were made at 3, 7 and 28 days, determining that the standard concrete reached a compressive strength of 330.7 kg/cm2 at 28 days, with the addition of Sikament TM-200 additive in percentages (0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% and 2.0%) reaching an average of (369.3, 383.3, 368 and 359 kg/cm2), however, with the best result was 1.0% of average resistance of 383.3 kg/cm2. For the eucoplast 37SP additive with percentages (0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% and 2.0%) reaching an average of (351.7, 372, 381 and 387 kg/cm2) having a better result was 2.0% average resistance 387 kg/cm2, thus it was also identified that in the two types of superplasticizing additive good results were obtained in terms of the physical properties of the concrete, the difference between each additive is almost insignificant in terms of settlement (Slump).
