Abstract: El “Hotel Resort 4* estrellas Cordillera la Escalera” – Tarapoto – Perú, es un proyecto
The “4 star Hotel Resort Cordillera la Escalera” – Tarapoto – Peru, is a large-scale project for the city of Tarapoto in which we propose to diversify and decentralize the lodging facilities; giving it an Eco-Friendly Tourist approach, converting the spaces natural settings in social leisure settings. This generates a renewed Architectural culture, which integrates the landscape. The objective of this architectural project is to contribute to the tourism industry of the city, directly adding value to the economic sector, which we find is in the early stages of development according to our analysis of supply and demand. We visualize that the tourist focuses on knowing the relationship of architecture and the natural environment, thus enjoying the landscape. For this we are located in a buffer zone (ZA) which is intended for this type of projects, such as the area in front of the mountain range called “The Staircase”. In conclusion, the design allows us to include ourselves in the relationship between tourism and landscape to create an architecture that respects the natural resources giving way to ecological tourism
