Centro integral de servicios culturales y recreacionales para la ciudad de Chachapoyas – Perú

Abstract

El presente informe de investigación inicia con la revisión de fuentes bibliográficas, que permitan conocer el objeto de estudio el cual es un Centro Integral de Servicios Culturales y Recreacionales, así mismo, se realiza como siguiente acto, un estudio de la realidad problemática, social, cultural y recreacional materializado en un diagnóstico urbano del Distrito de Chachapoyas. Esta información permite la propuesta de un diseño donde se considera como principal protagonista al ser humano y su entorno inmediato, considerando como idea principal de diseño la identidad cultural y la historia del lugar que permita la integración de los mismos. Para lograr esto, la investigación se realiza de manera explicativa y descriptiva, partiendo desde el planteamiento de objetivos de investigación, cuyo propósito principal es el diseño adecuado de una infraestructura cultural – recreacional. Estos resultados direccionan a la investigación a la obtención de resultados cualitativos y cuantitativos los que, a la vez, conducen a la elaboración de la programación arquitectónica, que se obtiene mediante la cuantificación y análisis de la oferta y demanda existente para posteriormente hacer visible estos datos en una propuesta de diseño. Esta propuesta se enfocada en brindar servicios educativos, como talleres artísticos, actividades culturales, como visita a salas de exposiciones o auditorio y recreación pasiva, enfocado principalmente en el habitante, sus características, tradiciones, cultura y manifestaciones, así como a resolver la necesidad de contar con un servicio que brinde calidad arquitectónica. Los resultados obtenidos establecen que la relación entre el edificio y el contexto inmediato se puede realizar integrándolos de manera que se pierda el límite entre lo público y lo privado, obteniendo un espacio más caminable y permeable, con espacios flexibles y polivalentes más abiertos a la población. Esto genera armoniza y dinamiza el medio que lo rodea.

This information allows the proposal of a design where the human being and his immediate surroundings are considered as the main protagonist, considering as the main idea of design the cultural identity and the history of the place that allows their integration. To achieve this, the research is carried out in an explanatory and descriptive way, starting from the statement of research objectives, whose main purpose is the adequate design of a cultural-recreational infrastructure. These results direct the research to obtain qualitative and quantitative results which, in turn, lead to the elaboration of the architectural programming, which is obtained by quantifying and analyzing the existing supply and demand to later make these data visible. in a design proposal. This proposal is focused on providing educational services, such as artistic workshops, cultural activities, such as visit to exhibition rooms or auditorium and passive recreation, focused mainly on the inhabitant, their characteristics, traditions, culture and manifestations, as well as solving the need for have a service that provides architectural quality. The results obtained establish that the relationship between the building and the immediate context can be carried out by integrating them in such a way that the boundary between the public and the private is lost, obtaining a more walkable and permeable space, with flexible and multipurpose spaces more open to the population. This generates harmonizes and energizes the environment that surrounds it.
