Abstract: La investigación busca desarrollar un Proyecto Arquitectónico de un parque biblioteca
educativo en el distrito de Villa María del Triunfo en Lima, debiendo estar dotado de
infraestructura que ofrezca servicios necesarios para la población, en especial va dirigido
a jóvenes y niños. El arquetipo propuesto está ubicado en el Pueblo Joven – San Francisco
de Tablada, en la Avenida Pachacútec. Se formuló una visión de diferentes aspectos
importantes en el análisis como los espacios públicos que comprenden bibliotecas
públicas, parques públicos, que pueden ser destinados a diferentes actividades culturales
y de aprendizaje. Contempló el uso de energías renovables, así como lineamientos
relacionados al confort y optimización de los recursos del entorno para su mejor
aprovechamiento, además de agregar al paisajismo urbanístico como una de sus fuentes.
En el análisis de demanda se estima atención a 205 235 personas por año que comprenden
en su mayoría niños y jóvenes, además se estima que al año 2031 se atendería a 215 697
personas anualmente. Asimismo, la oferta del proyecto está determinada por cuatro
parques que no cumplen con los requisitos de infraestructura, así como instalaciones en
pésimas condiciones. Finalmente, el abastecimiento del proyecto asciende a 363 438,
conformado por niños, jóvenes y adultos.
The research seeks to develop an Architectural Project of an educational library park in the district of Villa María del Triunfo in Lima, and should be equipped with infrastructure that provides necessary services for the population, especially aimed at young people and children. The proposed archetype is located in the Pueblo Joven - San Francisco de Tablada, on Pachacútec Avenue. A vision was formulated of different important aspects in the analysis such as public spaces that include public libraries, public parks, which can be used for different cultural and learning activities. It contemplated the use of renewable energies, as well as guidelines related to comfort and optimization of the resources of the environment for its best use, in addition to adding urban landscape as one of its sources. In the demand analysis, it is estimated that 205 235 people per year are cared for, mostly children and young people, and it is estimated that 215,697 people would be served annually by 2031. Also, the project offer is determined by four parks that do not meet the infrastructure requirements, as well as facilities in poor conditions.
