In this thesis, the hydraulic design of the drinking water and sewerage system is developed with the AH Huáscar sector I wastewater treatment plant located in the Jequetepeque district, La Libertad department - 2018. With the objective of developing a hydraulic design for the basic services that are missing in the study area for a better quality of life for the inhabitants. This thesis will benefit 3259 inhabitants in the Huáscar Sector I human settlement, recognizing all the design data of the area, the designs have been announced. Currently there is a small potable water network that benefits 30% of the population; There are two reservoirs of water, one that 20m3 that was built in 1987 and another of 97m3 built in the year 2017. The hydraulic design of drinking water will be made to cover all the demands of the study area as well as a hydraulic sewer design since there are currently no sewerage networks, this design will follow all the permissible limits given in the national regulations of buildings . The design of a wastewater treatment plant will also be added, in this case two oxidation ponds will be used, a primary one which will receive the sewage for its treatment, after which it will pass to the secondary one, which will be in charge of discharging the effluent towards the bodies of water. Finally, this study will serve a lot for the residents since it leads to a possible execution of the same, depending on the state to improve the quality of life for people
