The purpose of this research was the geometric, structural and storm drainage design of a pavement for the motorable track of the Quilcha - Shingate route of the Sartimbamba - La Libertad district, 2023. The research design used was non experimental, transversal, simple descriptive, where the sample is defined by the motorized trail of the Quilcha - Shingate section from Km 0+000 to Km 13+230, and to which structured observation was applied along with the use of observation guides and record sheets for the collection of data that will be useful to us to carry out the planned studies. The main conclusions obtained were the composition of the section under study, which is superficially made up of a fill layer, composed of natural soil and waste, predominating clayey sands with gravel ““SC““ and clayey sands with silt and gravel ““SC - SM” with an average CBR of 11.72%. In addition, a vehicle count was carried out where it is observed that vehicular traffic is regular and the predominant type of vehicles are Pick-up trucks. This will allow us to develop an optimal pavement design, allowing greater passability on the road and improving communication with the community of the Sartimbamba town center
